Visit to Utah

My family came to visit us and, boy, did we have fun!

 

Because Ben needed to be in the Physics lab, we decided to bring him dinner.

 As Ben was in the Eyring Science Center, my siblings had fun playing with the different exhibits.

 Ben just enjoyed the break with his sweet, little girl.

Their visit coincided with General Conference (and intentional coincidence), so we were able to enjoy GC up at Jeff and Julie's house.

We decided to have Emily's baby blessing during this weekend, and met at Costa Vida the next day with the family.

It was an awesome trip!  Thanks everyone!

Munson's come to town

Grandparent Visits!!

We were so lucky to have family come into town to visit us and see Emily. To begin with, my family came 3 or so days after she was born. It was super nice to see everyone then (including Ashley!).

We had a big family taco dinner while they were here. It was awesome!!

After that, Ben's dad and stepmom came and stayed a weekend. We had fun taking in the sights of Temple Square and Park City while Thom showed off his granddaughter. Ben also enjoyed cooking them one of his incredible dishes.

Next came Ben's mom who stayed with us for a few days and helped watch Emily while we went to classes. She was super sweet about helping out with housework and taking us out to eat!

Soon after came Ben's grandparents (Papa Wayne and Melanie) who took us on the Heber Creeper, a train, and enjoyed explaining to people that Papa Wayne was a great-grandfather (as most thought he was Ben's dad).
