During the week of my graduation, my family came into town to help me celebrate. The Queen had so much fun with her aunts and uncles, it is nice that they are so close in age ; )!
We were invited to help celebrate dear Preston's 2nd birthday, he and the Queen are 1 year and 3 days apart. They have a lovely playground that her aunts and uncles helped her enjoy!
On Sunday, my family came over to help us celebrate the Queen's before birthday birthday. Using a candle that has been passed down through B's family, we decorated a little muffin just for our girl.
As soon as we sang, and helped her blow out the candle, she devoured the delicious parcel, whip cream and all.
Her aunts and uncles helped her enjoy her new, barking, stuffed puppy.
We truly enjoyed all the family! Thanks for visiting us!
After everyone left, the sickness really took over. B. rocked her in our rocking chair, danced with her (holding her precious balloons), and I held her close.
The next day, for her birthday, we bought her the only thing she asked for: more balloons. We know because she makes a face like this
and uses an old man's voice to point at the silly things floating in the air.
Her daddy held her up to enjoy her present.
For the last surprise of the day, the Queen decided to do what everyone has been wanting to see
SHE WALKED!!!!
We are so proud of our little munchkin! I will be posting a few videos of that and other things in the next few days. She now lets go and walks all over the place! She is so proud of herself, and we are ecstatic with this achievement!
We hope all of you are doing great!
