I'll have a side of eggs, please.

Breakfast is a favorite meal around here.

We wake up and immediately enter into the sacred domain: the kitchen.

I sit the kids upon their thrones and they patiently wait while I serve them their food.

Or they just feed themselves.  Whichever comes first.

I prepare Emily's delectable bowl of cereal and, sometimes, a piece of toast on the side.

As for Andrew, he prefers the silky wonders of rice cereal mixed with fruit.

He has no problem wearing his sister's bibs. He is quite comfortable in his manliness.

Just sayin'.

Yeah, the kids love breakfast.

And I love watching them eat.
