I haven't completely lost it, I realize it is not Tuesday; however, I started this yesterday so I'm going to keep the title. REALLY GOOD NEWS NEAR THE END. Just so you know.
Andrew
As you can see, he is becoming quite adept at climbing. Or falling. In this case, he tried to climb from the bed to the crib. Yeah, he didn't make it. Silly boy.
He's been having a hard time sleeping this week. Sickness and other things have made him feel miserable. Poor baby. Something I'm grateful for is how much he cuddles and laughs when he wakes up. Seeing his beautiful, blue eyes light up is worth having him wake up.
I am stunned that he will be turning one in about one month! He is too little to be one!
I'm not joking.
He and Emily went in for their check-ups at the beginning of this month which only confirmed my suspicions that I have tiny kids.
Andrew's stats.

Emily
Emily sings everything to the tune of "Where is Thumbkin." Like, "Where is Andy?...Where is Andy?...There he is...There he is..." and "Where is temple?...Where is temple?...there it is...there it is..." It makes us laugh every time.
Speaking of the temple, her favorite song is now "I Love to See the Temple," and her favorite activity is walking around the temple. We usually find a video of the song on Youtube and let her watch it as many times as she wants. Funny enough, as many times as we've heard it lately, I, also, still love it. It brings a special spirit into our home when it's playing.
Emily is so chubby. Chubby enough to have beat out her brother in the whole percentage thing.
Emily's stats:

I've been watching her baby fat disappear. She is becoming a long, lean little girl. I kind of miss her baby fat but recognize that it's part of the process. She is growing and I am so glad. Because of her newly developed language skills, she and I can have conversations. Sure they might be limited to whether or not we can go for a walk, what she wants to eat, what book she wants to read, but it is so nice to ask her a question and have a response. Even if the response is "no way!"
She is now speaking in complete sentences. The other day she said, "Daddy, I want more cereal." I am so impressed by her.
Amber
I'm doing okay. The (physical) pain has finally started disappearing so I feel like I can actually move on. The D&C was crazy. I had an awful reaction to the medicine, similar to my normal reactions to pregnancy. Go figure.
Every once in a while I think about where I would have been had the pregnancy continued. By now, I would be close to the end of morning sickness and maybe even have felt the baby. (I first felt Andrew at around 12 weeks.)
I'm slowly coming back. I've started taking my responsibilities back as secretary for our women's organization and have also started baby-sitting again. I hope that by next week I can be back to long walks and my aerobics class.
Ben
I think I'll start with the e-mail he received late last night.
The Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine hereby offers to admit Benjamin J. T. as a candidate for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Class of 2015 commencing in the Fall Term of 2011 with the total credit hours of 249.4 subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
YIPPEE!!! We are going to medical school!!
After two long years of preparation and stinking hard science classes, we will now see the fruits of Ben's (and my) labor.
You better believe we'll be celebrating later this week.

Yay! I loved everything about this update!! I'm glad your feeling better - that your babies are strong and growing - and of course that you are going medical school!!! That is just such great news - I bet it was just what you and Ben were needing! Have fun celebrating!! =D
Arizona is a fun place to live - where exactly is it in Az? I'm so excited for you guys - I bet it's so nice to know where you will be next year, eh?
Yeah, Luke was at the 1% for weight at his 12 month visit. But hey, I'd rather have small cuddly babies that huge ones, ya know? :)
We are so glad you are starting to feel better, sweetie. And, by the way, CONGRATS!! I told Ben that Nananan and Grampa can become snowbirds, and come to Arizona some in the winter, like old people (wait a minute, we are old!)
Anyway, we could not be prouder of how you two struggled to achieve this goal. JUST GREAT!!!
