Emily has been active since birth. I think her headstrong nature prompted her mobility. She's a girl who knows what she wants.
The only reason she did not start climbing on things earlier was because her petite build. Now, that doesn't stop her.
Take our coffee table for instance, I took my eyes off of her for one minute and found this.
Not only did she climb on top of it, she decided to show off her sweet spin moves.
Silly girl.
Silly girl.
To help keep her safe, we put dangerous items up higher. As you can see, I need to find a different location.
She is very proud of her new skills.
She wanders around, thinking up mischievous plots.
Until she figures out what she wants.
The couch is a current favorite hang out.
She likes to point at pictures and name familiar items like "ball", "doggie", "belly button" and other things.
She finds the kitchen full of wonderful play things. Like spoons.

Yet, in all things she shows her sweet spirit. Like sharing.
We love this little girl. Yes, sometimes she drives us bonkers with her activity, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

Your little girl is almost the same size as your "Manly." They look like twins in your main picture. That being said, they are the cutest looking twins I've ever seen. :)
It is so great that we have this blog to keep up on their development; it is so fun watching them grow and learn (even through the internet).
Love to you all!
